If you do not see a date or time you want please contact us to be added to the waitlist.
We require 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand things may occur that are uncontrollable so we provide a multitude of ways to contact us; phone, email, & through our online booking system. Our time is highly desired by many other clients, the cancellation policy provides us with the time to contact & accommodate another request.
With that being said, we require a card on file for booking all services. If you are more than 10 minutes late, have already missed 1/2 your service time, or you fail to provide us with 24 hour notice, 50% of the service missed will be charged to the card on file.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we feel this will help reduce the high volume of clients that miss their
appointments. Thank you and we appreciate everyone understanding!
For safety reasons no child may accompany you under the age of 12 unless they are having a service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
